Contact form
The form sends your name, email, request type and message, along with the site's language and version (.fr or .ch), to a server function hosted by Vercel in the United States. That function emails them to Leo Virgo through Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., United States), with your address as the reply-to. The site stores none of this in a database. This data is used to reply to you: the processing is based on your request (pre-contractual steps, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Messages are kept for three years after our last exchange.
Cookie and analytics
The site uses no audience measurement tool and no tracker. It sets a single cookie, lv-lang, and only on leovirgo.ch when you use the FR/EN switch: it remembers your language for one year.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@leovirgo.ch. You can also file a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, edoeb.admin.ch) or with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
